Cancellation and Returns Policy

Cancellation of a transaction will be carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
The customer may cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of receiving the product / completing the transaction, provided that the product has not been used, has not been damaged, and is in its original packaging.

In the event of a cancellation, the company may charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the law (up to 5% or 100 NIS — whichever is lower), unless stated otherwise.

A refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date the cancellation request is received.

Returns are possible within 14 days, and only if the packaging is intact and the product has not been opened, used, or damaged.
Claims for missing goods are accepted only if there is a video recording of the opening of the parcel.
